Lync: My Picture
Microsoft Lync shows your picture by default. What are the other choices?

3. Try It: Review the Picture Options
Go to Options->Tools->Options.
Click on My Picture.
There are three options for My Picture:

Do not show my picture:
Participants will see a silhouette.

Default corporate picture:
Participants will see the image that was added to the Exchange Server.

Show a picture from a website:
Microsoft Lync will check the connection (confirm the pathway) when you enter a web address for a picture.
